Ingredients:
1 cup Rolled oats, whole
4 cups of Water
1/8 tsp Sea salt
Sweetener:
2 tsp Maple syrup
1-2 tsp Vanilla extract *depends on your sweetness preference
or *2-3 Dates as a healthier sweetener alternative
Essential Tools:
Nut Milk Bag - *Cheesecloth works too
Directions:
Take the cup of oats and leave it soaking in water for a few hours or overnight.
Next, drain the oats from the water and add to blender. Now, blend everything together and transfer liquid into Milk bag (within a bowl). Squeeze all the liquid out and dispose of the left over oats inside the milk bag and you are done! [Watch video below for a quick visual guide]
